TEZEX Roadmap

The TEZEX roadmap progresses from foundational liquidity toward increasingly sophisticated financial markets and broader connectivity.

1. Core Anchor Liquidity

   Live

   Establish and deepen important Tezos markets.

   Current TEZEX anchor markets include XTZ / USDT and USDT / tzBTC, with additional markets introduced as they serve the developing needs of the ecosystem.

2. Liquidity Management

   Planned

   Develop better discovery, analytics, management, rebalancing, and migration tools for liquidity providers.

3. sTez Liquidity

   Testing / Planned

   Support deep liquidity around the protocol-native liquid staking asset as it becomes available, beginning with a strong XTZ / sTez market.

4. Tezos X Integration

   Live / Expanding

   Expand TEZEX across the higher-performance Tezos X execution environment, including cross-runtime trading through Native Atomic Composability.

5. High-Frequency Trading

   Planned

   Introduce the market data, APIs, execution infrastructure, and automated trading capabilities required by professional market makers and arbitrageurs.

6. Perpetual Markets

   Develop leveraged long and short markets with funding, margin, liquidations, and robust pricing infrastructure.

7. Central Limit Order Book

   Add professional order-based market structure alongside pool liquidity, including limit orders, visible depth, and active market making.

8. Tezos Intents Integration

   Connect Tezos-native markets to a wider intent-driven liquidity network, improving access across ecosystems while creating additional pathways for demand and capital to become productive within Tezos.
